We are looking for a self-motivated, hardworking and brilliant individual to join our Team as an Administrative Assistant.
Job Description
- Provide general administrative support to consultants, staff and other stakeholders.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials and presentations.
- Manage expense reports and other office finances.
- Assist with the organization of company events and workshops.
- Provide phone and email support to clients and stakeholders.
- Assist with project coordination and logistics, as needed.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation.
- Support the implementation of new administrative procedures and systems.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients both verbally and in writing.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication and coordination at all times.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in either of the following fields: Public Administration, Education, Social Sciences or related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar/ related role.
Other Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills: written & oral.
- Proven ability in dealing with partners.
- String IT skills, including proficiency on MS Applications & related software.
- Office management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Location: Nairobi Kenya
Working Hours: Full time, Weekdays
