We are looking for a self-motivated, hardworking and brilliant individual to join our Team as an Administrative Assistant.

Job Description

  1. Provide general administrative support to consultants, staff and other stakeholders.
  2. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  3. Prepare and distribute meeting materials and presentations.
  4. Manage expense reports and other office finances.
  5. Assist with the organization of company events and workshops.
  6. Provide phone and email support to clients and stakeholders.
  7. Assist with project coordination and logistics, as needed.
  8. Prepare and maintain project documentation.
  9. Support the implementation of new administrative procedures and systems.
  10. Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients both verbally and in writing.
  11. Maintain professional and courteous communication and coordination at all times.
  12. Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.

Qualifications

  1. A bachelor’s degree in either of the following fields: Public Administration, Education, Social Sciences or related field.
  2. At least 2 years’ experience in a similar/ related role.

Other Qualifications

  1. Excellent communication skills: written & oral.
  2. Proven ability in dealing with partners.
  3. String IT skills, including proficiency on MS Applications & related software.
  4. Office management skills.
  5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  9. Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Location: Nairobi Kenya
Working Hours: Full time, Weekdays
