The Centre for Academic and Research Development (CARD) at the University of Manchester, in collaboration with CLIG Africa, the Centre for Academic and Research Development (CARD) at the University of Manchester has delivered a specialized training program designed to empower senior women leaders.As a key implementing partner, CLIG in partnership with public and private institutions in Kenya including KCA University, Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), and Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral & Research Hospital (KUTRRH), plays a central role in enriching the program, which offers targeted leadership development and equips participants with the strategic insight and practical tools needed to overcome institutional challenges and lead systemic transformation.

Through this impactful partnership, participants gain cutting-edge leadership capabilities, enhanced foresight, and the confidence to drive institutional renewal. Together, CLIG and CARD are shaping a new generation of women leaders, poised to break barriers and create lasting impact across Africa.
