CLIG seeks to hire a proactive, creative, and highly organized Training Administrative Assistant to handle programmes coordination, office operations, communication, and marketing activities for our Leadership Training Programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage day-to-day office operations.
  2. Coordinate meetings and follow-ups;
  3. Manage office communication and correspondence;
  4. Market programmes and drive participant recruitment;
  5. Prepare presentations, reports, and research materials;
  6. Support the management of digital communication platforms.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in communication, Marketing, Administration, or a related field.
  2. A Masters degree will be an added advantage.
  3. Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  4. Strong marketing ability, personal initiative, creativity.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and design/publishing tools.
  6. Practical digital communication and website/ social media management skills.

Terms: Competitive and negotiable remuneration package.

Location: Ruaka, Nairobi Kenya

Working Hours: Full time, Weekdays
