Effective Governance

Effective governance controls the process of achieving what needs to move the organization where it ought to be and achieve optimally. Governance entails developing strategic plans, policies and procedures and action plans to direct operations in an organization. By establishing and administering policies and procedures, an organization is able to control, direct its processes and focus its energies and resources to achieve its objectives.

Effective governance invents how to carry out what needs to be done to achieve the vision by developing and informing strategies. Moreover, governance empowers the management team at all levels to implement those strategies developed by its various organs through the daily operations in an organization.

Here at CLIG we explore the complexities of today’s organisations and provide expertise and support to organisations from diverse sectors on governance and strategy.

“Wisdom and good governance require more than the consistent application of abstract principles.”
